Our Refund Process

Thank you for choosing Jupiter Softwares.
Due to the digital nature of our products, please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All Jupiter Softwares products are digital software products delivered electronically.
Because customers receive access to source code, downloadable files, documentation, and license keys immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
Because our products are self-hosted software solutions that include access to source code, licenses, documentation, and installation materials, refunds are generally not available once product files have been downloaded or delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted in the following situations:

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

Non-Delivery of Product

If you do not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Technical Issues

If a critical defect exists in the software and our support team is unable to provide a fix, workaround, or solution within a reasonable period of time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You failed to read the product description, requirements, or documentation.
  • Your server does not meet the minimum requirements.
  • You are unable to configure your server environment correctly.
  • You expected features that are not advertised on the product page.
  • You found another product after purchasing ours.
  • You lack the technical knowledge required to deploy or customize the software.
  • You request a refund after successfully downloading or accessing the product files.
  • You request a refund for custom development, consultation, installation, or other professional services already delivered.

Installation Services

Installation service fees are non-refundable once the installation work has started.
If Jupiter Softwares is unable to complete the installation due to reasons directly attributable to our team, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our support team.
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of licenses, support services, and access to future updates.

Refund Request Period

Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
